Who Are We?


The team at
Meraki Partners, LLC helps entrepreneurs take their company public so they can raise capital, acquire profitable companies, recruit the best talent, close more deals, build a much larger business, and significantly increase their business valuation.


Our founder is Joel Arberman. He has facilitated initial public offerings, direct listings and reverse merger transactions that helped CEOs create more than $10 billion in shareholder value. 


Joel has been an institutionally ranked technology analyst, partner of a 700-person investment banking firm, analyst for two multi-billion-dollar asset management firms and has taken seventeen companies public, included four of his own.

How Much Can I Earn?


For each entrepreneur you introduce who engages us to take their company public, you will typically earn $5,000 in cash plus $15,000 to $40,000 in equity.


But that's not all - you'll also have the opportunity to generate additional income by facilitating other deals that help our clients. Plus, you'll gain exclusive access to early-stage investment opportunities that can be exceptionally rewarding.

However, it's important to understand that your financial achievements will significantly depend on your dedication, effort, strategic thinking, and various external factors. There's no base pay or salary here.
